Free Standard Delivery is our free delivery option with a delivery transit time of 8-12 business days depending on your location and is only available for customers purchasing through Viccon Deck And Fence Online Store.

Also, goods ordered must be available and in-stock, payment must be received, and valid delivery details must be provided

To qualify for our free delivery, your delivery address needs to be within Australia’s Metro Areas or Selected Cities.

Available Free Delivery Metro Areas And Cities: Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong.   

If you are outside of this areas you still can order from our shop but at checkout choose Regional Standard Delivery ( Transit Time Up 10 Days) 

Regional Standard Delivery – Flat Fee $25  – Orders Over $450 FREE    Some Regional Remote Post Codes Cost $60 With No Free Delivery Option.

*We are not delivering to dry areas of NT and WA – In case your location is out of our delivery areas we will cancel your order and full refund immediately.

Our Delivery Terms and Conditions

Deckandfence.com.au will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days and exclude public holidays. If a particular stock is unavailable for dispatch within the above timeframes, the customer may be notified and either:

*During Christmas And Major Public Holidays Dispatch And Delivery Can Take Longer Than Normal Times


  1. The stock will be sent without the items that are unavailable. When the unavailable items become available they will then be sent separately. (More applicable if the unavailable items will take longer than 7 days to return to stock.)
  2. The entire order will be withheld until out of stock items return to stock. (Applicable if a stock will return within 3 days).
