Free Standard Delivery is our free delivery option with a delivery transit time of 8 to 12 business days depending on your location and is only available for customers purchasing through Viccon Deck And Fence Online Store.

Also, goods ordered must be available and in-stock, payment must be received, and valid delivery details must be provided

To qualify for our free delivery, your delivery address must to be within Australia’s Metro Areas 

Available Free Delivery Metro Areas And Cities: Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Geelong.   

If you are outside of this areas you still can order from our shop but at checkout choose Regional Standard Delivery ( Transit Time Up 10 Days)

(We try our best to include all the remote regional postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that we not included in our system, if your post code is in remote areas contact our customer service before ordering or place your order and one of our customer service staff will contact you back if will be required extra cost for delivery before processing it – if not happy with the cost we will just cancel and refund full order amount  )

Orders are generally shipped from one of our warehouses in Victoria within 1-2 working days after full payment is received.
We work with three courier companies to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES?
The estimated delivery time frames are:
VIC approximately 3 – 5 working days;
NSW, SA, ACT approximately 3 – 8 working days;
NT, WA,TAS, QLD approximately 4 – 12 working days.

NOTE:
Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

The expected time delivery given is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Undelivered Packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If no one is present when the order arrives, a notification will be left in the mail box for you. 

Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.

Our Delivery Terms and Conditions

Deckandfence.com.au will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days and exclude public holidays. If a particular stock is unavailable for dispatch within the above timeframes, the customer may be notified and either:

*During Christmas And Major Public Holidays Dispatch And Delivery Can Take Longer Than Normal Times

 

  1. The stock will be sent without the items that are unavailable. When the unavailable items become available they will then be sent separately. (More applicable if the unavailable items will take longer than 7 days to return to stock.)
  2. The entire order will be withheld until out of stock items return to stock. (Applicable if a stock will return within 3 days).
